Privacy & cookies
Short, because there is little to say.

What this site is
A single personal page. There are no accounts, no forms, no newsletter and nothing to buy. The site is served as static files from a server operated by me.
Analytics, only with your consent
I use Google Analytics 4 to understand which parts of the page get read. It is loaded only after you press "Accept" in the banner; until then no Google script runs and no analytics cookie is set. If you decline, nothing changes on the page.
When enabled, Google Analytics records page views, approximate location derived from your IP address (the address itself is not stored), browser and device type, and interactions such as scrolling and clicks on outbound links. Data is processed by Google Ireland Limited under Google's privacy policy. Advertising features, ad personalisation and data sharing for ads are turned off.
Cookies and local storage
Your choice in the banner is stored in your browser's local storage under
consent.analytics for one
year. It contains only "granted" or "denied" and a timestamp. If you accept, Google Analytics sets its
own cookies (names starting with _ga) to tell returning visitors apart.
Changing your mind
Use "Cookie settings" in the footer to show the banner again and pick differently. Declining after having accepted stops further analytics; to remove cookies already set, clear them in your browser.
Server logs
Like any web server, the one hosting this site may keep standard access logs (IP address, requested page, time, user agent) for security and troubleshooting. They are not used to profile anyone and are rotated automatically.
